What’s The Role?
Your main role will be to lead the operations function of Dawson Andrews. Through the role you will ensure that all projects have been costed and delivered effectively, exceeding customer expectation while remaining within timescales and budget.
An important element of the role will be to support the commercial function of Dawson Andrews, helping to identify, win and retain customers assisting in the achievement of corporate revenue targets.
To execute the role effectively we expect you to be a passionate, ambitious and highly driven individual who is excellent when engaging with and managing the many demands of both internal and external stakeholders. You will operate with speed but exercise diplomacy and understanding to ensure that progress is continually made while retaining an enjoyable and energetic working environment. You will ensure that Dawson Andrews continually keeps the customer at the core and that we continue to exceed expectations.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable success managing the delivering of technology-based projects using agile methodology
A good understanding of scoping projects and a high-level view of tech stacks
Substantial experience in managing and leading project teams
Delivery projects on time on time and on budget
Experience of managing designers and developers
Evidence of developing and managing sound client-supplier relationships
Broad technology experience, awareness of current technology trends and a sound understanding of contemporary software engineering practices
Evidence of taking responsibility for contract and commercial terms on projects
Experience of assisting the commercial team in the submission of tenders/RFPs
Experience of adhering to robust project governance and technical quality standards
Strong ability to make reasoned decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of client demands, the company’s commercial interests and the impact on the team

Experience of user research, analytics and design disciplines and their contribution to the effective delivery of digital services and platforms
Evidence of delivering, innovating or leading initiatives to improve management and leadership practices within an organisation
