Primary purpose of role & level in the business:
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who can bridge development and operations with strong automation skills, a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll help us build reliable systems, streamline delivery pipelines, and support our engineering teams in shipping high-quality software efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years in a similar DevOps role
Strong AWS expertise: EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, ELB/ALB, Route 53
Kubernetes administration and deployment patterns
Kafka setup, scaling, monitoring
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Bitbucket pipelines
Observability tooling (logs, metrics, alerts)
Scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, Python)
Desirable Requirements:
AWS/Kubernetes Certifications
Experience with backend languages/applications (Java/SB)
Database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL)
Front-end familiarity: React, TypeScript/JavaScript
