About the Role:
We're looking for a mid-level designer who’s ready to take the lead on client projects and grow into a senior role. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable running user interviews, facilitating workshops, and translating insights into effective digital design.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the early stages of product development—uncovering needs, shaping ideas, and turning insights into great user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, clients, and other designers in a fast-moving but supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead discovery activities: user interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, etc.
- Run collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Translate research into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Present and explain design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with developers throughout the design and build process
- Help evolve our design practices, tools, and team rituals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong understanding of UX research methods and design thinking
- Experience leading or co-facilitating workshops
- Confident creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs
- A collaborative approach to working with designers, developers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – someone who brings energy to the room
- Deep competency in Figma
